"Rescinded Assembly Reimbursement Costs Me $250"

Bought two bikes, each had a postcard offering to reimburse me for professional assembly by any bikeshop. So I had my local shop assemble both at $125 a pop, then followed the instructions on the card and sent the receipt to sixthreezero.
Got an email a few days later that essentially said, "Sorry, we ended that offer last year", costing me $250.
Sixthreezero had ample opportunity to let me (and other customers) know about the expiration of this offer by 1) putting a notice on the website, not just removing the offer, 2) including the notice about the discontinuation in any correspondence, 3) including a note with the shipment itself.
It's obvious the company knew about the promotional cards, and decided to just let it quietly disappear rather than take proactive actions to avoid confusion
This lack of good business practice has cost me an additional $250, and despite my satisfaction with the products themselves, I cannot recommend sixthreezero to any of my cycling groups or friends.

"I purchased 2 bicycles last year"

I purchased 2 bicycles last year. One of the bikes tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. The company stated they would send 2 new tires. Unfortunately, it took about 6 weeks to get the replacement tires. If not for this issue I would give them a 5 star rating.

"I like the bike, but customer service sucks."

I like the bike, but the customer service is very very bad. Speaking to a human is impossible. They sent you videos to fix problems. The videos are from other companies. They ask you to leave a message and will call back. I have not received a single call back. Once they told me a mechanic called me and my phone went straight to voice mail. Later they tell me the mechanic was off that day. No human touch here what so ever. I have had the bike two months, still not fixed.

"Great Customer Service use chat and keep the box"

Purchased an e-bike, brakes weren’t working and it was big and heavy for my short self. Best way to contact is by chat, they sent us a video for fixing the breaks. After still not being able to fix them and the bike being too big and heavy we requested a return. Two emails later we received a return label. (Make sure you keep the box). Would definitely buy from them again they stand behind their products.

"I love my everyjourney bike!"

I love my bike! And Sixthreezero. I just got back from an epic 185 mile bike trip down the C & O Canal towpath, Cumberland MD to Washington DC. 60 miles a day through mud, gravel, snakes, 100% humidity...and thanks to my bike, and Andrew, I had the best trip of my life! The company was SO kind, helpful, professional...a delight to work with. If I had a problem with a part, they took care of it without question. They were courteous and fun to talk with on the phone. Wonderful experience! The bike is a dream. So well constructed. And my butt was never sore.

"Quality lacking - decent service"

Bike was received quickly and was what was expected. Put it together and started to ride. The LCD screen had what looked like a finger print in the background and some of the frame was scratched. First rides I noticed the brakes were super noisy. I contacted the company about the screen and the frame. They credited me $10 and sent a new hub cap as well as screen. The screen wasn’t for my model so it was useless. In that time the pedals came out of the cranks and were stripped. I took it to the bike shop and they tuned the brakes and replaced pedals and cranks. 630 reimbursed me for that cost. The brakes were still loud so I had contacted the company again to send the right screen as well as sent a video of the noise of the brakes. Then the pedal assist seemed to stop working correctly. I’m currently waiting on a new magnetic ring, sensor and screen. At that point it has to go back to the shop for it to be installed and also try new brake pads. I’m happy the company is helping but at the same time for $1000 I’m regretting the purchase. I do love the bike I just wish the quality was better. The service team should understand more about the model you have because I’ve been sent help videos for wrong features and models. The manual says men’s bike when I didn’t buy a men’s bike. Some of the QR codes in the manual had broken links. I wish I had known it wasn’t made in the USA also.

"Horrible after purchase support, don't expect much from this company"

My handlebars will not stay in place . I have tried, am still trying, to talk to the support team on what can be done. I can't get through on the phone line which always has a message referring me to the email, the email address fails. I sent a request on the Contact Us Form of the website and they finally replied support would call. I missed the call because it came while I was working and couldn't answer at that time. I asked they try again but have gotten nothing. Still can't get through to the company, still have the problem. A stupid problem, who ever heard of a bike that can't keep the handlebars in place. On a scale of 1 to 5 this company and bike have gone from a 5+ to a 1- in no time at all. If there is a problem, you are on your own people, it appears they are just another one of those companies that want the sale and then little else matters.

"A part broke almost immediately during…"

A part broke almost immediately during first use and the company got the replacement part to me, it took 2 trys and about 6 weeks to get here.
