"We received a bike 2weeks ago"

We received a bike 2weeks ago. It came with the wrong forks. So we cannot ride the bike. We contacted the company immediately, they said they would send the parts. Now over 2 weeks have gone by and the parts have not even shipped!
When we call, if you can get through. Otherwise you are hold for an hour and then are sent to voicemail. Very disappointed! Customer service lacking.

"I have been waiting for over three…"

I have been waiting for over three months for a chain guard for my bike. The bike arrived with the chain guard bent into the chain. I am unable to ride the bike. All I get is that it is on back order and should ship soon. Meanwhile I have not even been able to test ride and the warranty is ticking on a bike that is not safe to ride.

"Poor Quality"

I purchased a limited edition bike in May of 2022 spent about $700. We are weekend bikers and probably on put 50 miles on it in 2022. We store the bike in the shed during the summer and in the basement for the winter months. In June of 2023 I brought it to our local bike shop to be tuned up for the summer season. They found that the tires had a defect and recommended replacement. I contacted sixthreezero and was told the bike was out of warranty (it was by days). After a few calls and e-mails the company finally agreed to cover them under warranty. It is now the middle of August and still have not received the replacement tires. I paid $700 for a bike that I have not been able to use. Very disappointed in the quality of the bike and customer service. Will never purchase a sixthreezero bike again.

"Online bikes may not fit right"

I bought the Evryjourny women’s 7 speed for my 15 year old daughter, who just overcame her fears and learned—taught herself—to ride a bike. She wanted a pretty cruiser, and the creamy yellow model seemed perfect. I got it for her birthday, and she was delighted with the color and style. When she tried to ride it, though, the extremely high and wide handlebars and upright seating threw her off and intimidated her. She’s 5’4” and the fit bot on the website said it would be fine for her, but it’s a bit outsized and the balance issue is real. I got on the bike myself and it felt a bit wobbly, like I was perched atop a pile of stacked books, and I am an experienced rider. Moreover, the wide, high cruiser handlebars don’t tighten enough not to slide down a little when you put weight on them. The whole feel is a bit rickety. She got upset and refused to ride it. I’m hoping she changes her mind and gives it another try, but I get that the feel is a bit precarious. Right now I’m bummed to be stuck with a scary bike nobody wants to ride that cost me 500 bucks. I’m hoping Sixthreezero gets back to me about the loose handlebars, but it’s been several days since I emailed them, and so far, nothing. Also, the gears go up well but do not easily shift down. The overall sense I have is that there is something a little off about this bike. Some bikes feel solid and organic in your hands. You feel in control and powerful. This bike is all over the place, and I feel like I’m in one of those early movies of airplanes made out of bicycles and long double wings, rocking along and trying to take off. The upshot is that you should be cautious about buying one of these bicycles online—the fit may not be right, even if the website says otherwise. I may have to replace parts at a bike store, which seems silly for a brand new bike.

"Decent Bike"

I got the A/O Rosa Limited 7-Speed Hybrid Commuter Bicycle. The color pattern was the yellow floral. The bike is gorgeous. The ride itself is smooth and magnificent, you feel strong, capable, and amazing. It took me about 2-3 hours to put this together by myself. Definitely a bit difficult to put together. The front fender was not included in the manual, I still havent figured out to put it on without it rattling. When you tighten the screws tighten them like a lot a lot. I had issues with the seat and handlebar coming lose. Do yourself a favor and carry around the 3 allen wrenches included when you go out, that’s what I’ve started doing. The speed adjuster that sits on the handlebar was put on weirdly so I had to twist it and unscrew the clamp on the handle bars to adjust it. The fit of the bike feels weird a bit. The seat is higher than most bikes which kind of causes you lean over the bike and puts more pressure on your wrists. When turning the bike, the tires get in the way of your feet on the peddle which is beyond frustrating. The tire pressure on the bike tire makes no sense, when I googled it the PSI wasn’t anything like I could find so I went off of google. I also wish I could swap out the tire for something a tad bit smaller.

"Cute design but just average quality"

Overall the bikes are enjoyable to ride and the design is very cute, but for the price I would’ve thought the quality would’ve been better. The frame came with scratches and paint chipped off. The gears are out of alignment and shifting is not working as is should, unable to shift into the top 2 gears. Going to take it to a bike shop to see what they can do to fix it. Assembly took longer than expected for the first bike, but then the second went faster. I like how you can adjust handlebar height & angle, same with the seat you can adjust it any way you need. The size is good for taller people I’m 5’11” and can ride comfortably for long periods of time without discomfort. Overall I’d recommend these bikes, the gear alignment is my biggest issue though.

"They need a lot of work"

My wife bought one of these bikes last month and there have only been problems.

The first thing that happened was they shipped us a defective LCD screen. It had a mark in the middle of it. They offered to replace it and did ship a replacement, but the replacement was for the wrong model bike. We have yet to receive the correct replacement screen.

After two weeks of only light riding, the right peddle fell off the bike. The metal was stripped so much that the bike repair shop couldn't retap the crank arm and had to completely replace the peddle at our expense.

After the peddle repair, the peddle assist feature has not been working. Customer support has not been able to help us resolve this.

I wonder what the next issue will be.

"Bombarded with emails before my bike…"

Bombarded with emails before my bike arrived. Promises of a free bike bell but that was false!
