The bike rides very smoothly and looks amazing. Have had it since Christmas and paint is chipping off in some areas. Have only rode it once. Overall nice bike.

The bicycle was fairly easy to assemble and only needed minimal adjustments afterwards such that I could make the adjustments myself. Watching the online video is also very helpful.

I got great advice on choosing a bike that fit my size and needs. Shipping was prompt, everything was well-packaged. I had trouble assembling the bike on my own, but the company reimbursed me when I sent them the receipt for the $$ I paid to have it assembled at a bike shop.

Such a beautiful bike with help from a friend got it put together easily. It rides so nicely and i have received many compliments.

The assembly videos were really general, and they could have benefitted from some closeups where joints are to be secured.

Searching for specific answers led to suggestions for two-wheeled bikes but not trikes, which, to the uninitiated are not essentially the same.

I had the most trouble with the fenders on the rear wheels. One of my bikes had a flawed weld and both fenders just fell onto the pavement at about the same time. A replacement rear axel assembly is now in transit to me, replaced without any hassle, but I've lost about a month. and when it gets here I'll need to make a rigid connection to the rear basket to stabilize them so they don't, in their wobbling out and back, cone into contact with the tires.

I still don't know to secure the cables bundled with the brake cables, so that they are out of the way—unlikely to get caught on anything, and secure.

That may require yet another call, or I could just wing it.

"I bought this bike for my wife"

I bought this bike for my wife, she is over 50 and doesn't have too much bike experience. she was impressed with it's classic cool look and says the seat is very comfortable and now enjoys biking. The bike was easy to assemble and the shipping was very fast, I am now looking to get one for myself.

I had purchased my sixth zero bike in the beginning of the covid pandemic. I ordered in May and rec'd it in August. I didn't think about fenders until the rains came. So I purchased the fenders as a gift to myself so I can ride year round.

"Only sent part of the bike....."

I ordered a bike, but parts were missing. Awful communication, very slow process because only communication is off-shore. Now the 30 day period is coming to an end, they first said no extension of the 30 day return policy. Then they said I could have 5 days past the missing parts arrival. Who thinks I have time to put the bike together within the 5 days? I have a JOB! I would not have time to actually ride the bike to check it out, either---again, I have a job. I was promised a call from USA management, but "He is too busy", and no call! Awful, awful! Stay away!
