"Looking forward to riding"

After doing online research and visiting my local bike shop, I determined a cruiser bike was what would be best for me. I was hesitant to order online, but have been very happy with the shipping and customer service that I have received. I am looking forward to many warm weather riding months ahead!

"I bought my wife a new bicycle online…"

I bought my wife a new bicycle online with sixthreezero. I was brought in with the slick website and general marketing to women. The bicycle was not expensive, by any means, so, my expectations were not very high in terms of receiving a quality bicycle.

I ordered the Every Journey 7 speed hybrid, and it came in short order well boxed. When I unboxed the bicycle, some assembly was required. They have YouTube videos that will help you with that process, but I've been riding and working on bicycles all my life, so, I didn't bother with all of that. It was easy enough to assemble.

It wasn't clear through the website how much steel vs alloy there was in the bike when I ordered it. I found the frame, crank, stem, and wheels to be alloy. The handlebars, hubs, fenders, seat post, and kickstand are steel. The bike comes in at something more than ~36 pounds.

The components are low-end as you might gather by the ~$400 price. No disc brakes and the forks don't lock for the pavement, like their marketing video shows.

I found the front wheel was way out of round, and the cones were so tight as to bind the smooth turning on the axle. Both are easy fixes if you have a spoke wrench and cone wrenches. However, the bike doesn't come with any of these. The locking nuts and cones were so tight, that I had to use a 15" Crescent wrench to break them free for adjusting the cones. I did find some assembly grease in the hub which made me feel good about the other bearings. However, I replaced the grease with something that I know to be good stuff. I also needed to adjust the derailer and the brakes, which is to be expected.

When I reached out to the company, they were ok. However, it's not that easy to have a conversation. I called and left messages, and emails take a couple of days back and forth, depending on the day of the week, and this was Christmas 2022, so, I'm sure they were swamped.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. It's about what I expected, and is on par with anything you would buy at a big box store for the same price. More importantly, my wife likes it because of the color.

"Reckless delivery policy resulted in a stolen bike. Don't use this vendor."

The company chose to ship two bikes on FedEx, who dropped them on the street unexpectedly a whole week before the originally quoted delivery date at 9:30 pm without leaving any notifications, email, text or otherwise. A bike was stolen. The good news, I suppose, is that the thieves could only fit one bike in their vehicle. 630 claims that they have no control over the shipper. We are out $1650. The company takes risks with their shipping policy, and if they don't get it done you take the hit. Choose a company that does furniture type delivery, or at least will get the shipper to ring the doorbell.

"I love,love,LOVE my Everyjourney…"

I love, love,LOVE my Everyjourney Electric Tricycle. It's so cute that I get compliments on it all the time. Even better, it's fun to ride. I do everything with it, grocery shopping, errands etc... Only use my car about once a week. Saving so much on gas!

"I love my sixthreezero bike"

I love my sixthreezero bike! The customer service is outstanding. My bike arrived with a bad battery and they promptly sent out a replacement. They also reimbursed me for having my local bike shop assemble the bike for me. Great company, great bikes!

"I was very pleased with the quality of the bike and build."

I was very pleased with the quality of the bike I bought for my wife. I expected less based on the price point and was very pleasantly surprised. The pre-build was very well done as was the packaging. I would definitely recommend sixthreezero to others.

"Customer service needs improvement."

I like the bike, and it is a pleasure to ride. However, the only thing preventing a higher rating is the disappointing customer service. After only 3 rides on the new bike, the inner tube had a hole and got a flat tire. Customer service did offer to send me a replacement inner tube, but because of “the situation” it would have to 2-4 weeks before I would get a replacement. I’m sorry but that is just unacceptable. They could have dropped that in the mail the next day. I wound up buying one myself and installing it. That is just very disappointing service. You need to improve that. I bought the bike to ride, not sit in a garage waiting for 4 weeks for an inner tube that costs $7.00 ( and a good one I bought at a quality bike shop)

"I love my bike"

I love my bike. It’s always a conversation starter with my neighbors. My only issue would be my seat. It just doesn’t stay in place while I’m riding. My husband has tried everything to fix it and it still moves.

"Good quality, beautifully shipped."

I liked paying only for the options I wanted. The shipping was exceptional as was the online video instructions on assembling the bike. I’ve had the bike for over a month and it’s great quality, comfortable and good looking.
