"Parts bent + not smooth"
Our bike had parts (front fender, front tire, brake) that were bent/not true and we had to take it to a bike shop that was able to somewhat fix things, but not 100%. This costs us time, money, and frustration. Their customer service wasn't of much help. Would recommend buying a bike in person, not by mail... especially when spending $1,000+.
In addition, the bike is very jerky - not as smooth as other electric bikes I've ridden.

I purchased my Ride in the park and experienced a front tire with a leak and the gear sprocket detached from the back axle. I immediately reported the problems and was sent replacement parts. Once I made the repairs things have been good.

This is the most comfortable bike I've ever owned! Perfect for hours of cruising down paved park paths or firmly packed dirt/gravel trails. I'm glad I upgraded to the Deluxe model with the integrated cable key lock, pedal activated front headlight, and basket. Well worth the investment!

I purchased this bike to help rehab my knee after surgery. The pedal forward design is easy on the knees with the bonus of keeping my back upright while riding. Highly recommend this bike to other not-so-young but active riders out there!

These bikes are way too highly rated and had problems from day 1 using the bike and to get coverage for bike that purchased an extra forever plan is a hassle and joke cuz barely anything is covered.

We experienced great service every step of the way. The online experience was very user friendly and helpful in choosing the right bike for us. The ordering process was easy and the delivery time was quick and as promised. After we received the bikes we contacted customer service and they immediately took care of replacing a damaged seat on one of the bikes. We purchased these eBikes for my wife and I and we are very pleased with the quality and comfort. We recommended sixthreezero eBikes to our son and he purchased one for himself 2 weeks after we received ours.
