I received my new kilt on time, and it looks great! They even sent the extra tartan material (to be used in a future project). I look forward to buying from them again.

It took longer then expected for me to receive my order, that was because they were waiting for the belt to arrive from Scotland. Well it never came. so my order was in complete. They did call to tell me it was out of stock. But why would I order from them again? Why not just order from Scotland myself?

Stellar service on an order where I dithered, changed my mind, asked for various modifications to a package deal, and was generally "that customer" who makes retail difficult and occasionally unpleasant. Stellar service continued on subsequent orders.

I've got several more things to order, as time goes by, to build out my kilted wardrobe. Rocky and the team at USA Kilts will be my general go-to, all the way along (though not for a sgian dubh; that I'll make myself). When I wish Rocky a long life, I regret to admit that it's at least partly a selfish wish -- I don't want to go without access to this level of handmade, custom clothing, and neither should you.

If they continue to maintain my style through their diligence, I'll be a customer for life. Truly a fine establishment!

The shawls arrived ahead of schedule, were absolutely beautiful, and are greatly appreciated. The tartan in question was 16 oz Lamont Modern from the House of Edgar, and I look forward to ordering my kilt from Rocky using the same material.
