We've been using Campaigner for our company's email marketing, and it has proven to be a reliable and effective tool. One area for improvement would be the ability to duplicate email templates more efficiently. Currently, templates can only be copied one at a time, which can be a bit slow when managing multiple campaigns. A bulk-copy feature would significantly improve workflow efficiency.

Overall a solid platform. There are a few UI tweaks that could be made to make the platform a little bit easier but as far as being able to manage templates, campaigns and customer contact info it certainly gets the job done.

We've been using Campaigner for our real estate brokerage and coworking facility for about six years now, and their customer service has been consistently excellent. Anytime we have a question or an issue, their 24/7 support is always there to help. It's refreshing to speak directly with a person rather than having to submit an email and wait for a response. They’ve always been willing to work with us, which we truly appreciate.

While Campaigner could make a few tweaks here and there so help become a little more user-friendly for those who are not as tech savvy, the platform and their product is very solid. Content creation options are abundant and diverse, and the emails reach the targets. Definitely sticking with this company.

I don't have much experience with Campaigner so I've had to contact tech support a few times. Their team is amazing! They have helped me figure out everything. Really appreciate it them!!

We have been working with Campaigner for the past few years and we have noticed more glitches have started to spring up. We get signed out randomly and there are times when the program won't react to what we are clicking on. The digital storage for pictures is extremely low.

My organization has been using Campaigner since before I came on board in 2018. I've found Campaigner easy to use. They've updated their software within the last year or two to include 2FA and Text Messaging. We are in the process of adding SMS messaging to our workflow. I do wish the process of adding SMS had been more straight-forward on the website, as it had us pivoting some of our plans, but the customer service representative we worked with helped answer our questions and walk us through the process.
