I just wanted to leave a review following my recent visit to Hidden Hearing to say that James Burt is really helpful, he is very offers loads of advice and helpful tips about cleaning my hearing aids etc.
I definitely would recommend Hidden Hearing and especially James Burt.

Poor communication when I need a de-waxing to turn up and be told I could only have a hearing test for that day, which was pointless with 'bunged' up ear canal. I had made this clear from the booking phone call. Just a waste of time travelling, parking etc.
Otherwise generally a smooth operation from past appointments.
