I had the privilege of ear wax removal today by Tracy at Hidden Hearing, Inverness after a recent consultation at Forres Tolbooth with audiologist, Bronia.
Both practitioners were excellent - welcoming, kindly, supportive, caring and clear in their explanation of the protocols involved. It is wonderful to be able to view inside one's ears on the screen. Thank you both so much for your professionalism and expertise.

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who, as I was early, offered a drink. An elderly man came in with a problem and she was very courteous and patient with him. The ear care practitioner, Dee Walters, whilst clearly being very good at her job, has a very engaging and positive personality - she combines professionalism with friendliness to make the visit easy, stress-free and highly enjoyable. Yet again I left smiling.
