Pallet2ship has been a great shipping company to deal with, staff and service, helpfulness as well when often people have not shipped across an ocean before and have to talk to robots, not this company. Two yeas ago I shipped 1800Kg of engineering equipment that saw a lot of paperwork. Could not have gone smoother and all five crates on pallets where picked up and arrived undamaged halfway around the world. This year sent 30KG of what was left. That was handled by Pallet2Ship again and delt with Dan and Alexandra, arrived on time, by air and at very reasonable cost with customs paperwork taken care of as well. It was very simple to book the shipment online. The transport company we booked collected and delivered on time. What elevated the service was the close follow up support we received from Andreea in the Customer Service team. She provided regular updates as the shipment progressed and was available to answer any queries. I was very impressed and would happily use Pallet2Ship again.

It should not have been necessary for me to contact Pallet2Ship to enquire why my consignment number was not recognised by the tracker. (It was because the tracker was not activated until the pallet had been collected.) I received the link to the online tracker six days before the pallet had even been collected from the consigner which raised my expectations about speed of delivery that were not realised. Once the pallet had actually been collected the delivery was speedy. The delivery driver was helpful and polite.
