I've never heard of your company before I was with SafeLink and I had a lifeline service through SafeLink and through the government and then SafeLink sent me a text message telling me that the government had cut it off and I at a certain date I don't remember what the date was I would no longer have service which SafeLink service wasn't that great anyway I wouldn't mind joining your service if I can not have to pay for it I am a senior I am on social security Medicare Medicaid food stamps

No service after activation.
For some reason, the day after I activated the SIM card, I had no service. I tried putting the SIM in multiple different phones and it didn't work in any of them. I tried resetting my password, and was told there was no account with my email address. So, I went from one really REALLY crappy provider (AirTalk Wireless) to another that is just as bad (TruConnect). And soon enough when King Hitler has his way, Lifeline will be disbanded, so might as well get an early start I guess.

My experience was quite refreshing. The installer was very nice and polite. His explanation of how to use the remote and all the system was capable of doing. It was very refreshing

I keep getting an error message, but when I try to access TruConnect, it says that I don't have an account. So I tried to set up an account — AGAIN — and it said I already have an account.
Contacted the seller, who told me to contact TruConnect.
It's a perfect, unbreakable loop that leaves me with absolutely no way to access any help to solve the problem. Guessing this is TruConnects' way of getting out of giving any support, once they have the money in their pocket.
