Terrible! I did not authorize your street sales agent to move my Lifeline account from where it was to you, TruConnect. In fact, he never said anything about Lifeline at all, he just sort of shoved the boxed phone in my hand, told my passenger to "help her set it up", and then ran off with his sales buddy to "attack" other unknowing people who were standing in the produce line. His unauthorized actions have cost me
16 days of inconvenience because I could not get another phone from my company until you released my Lifeline account: that is why I cancelled it with you! Your customer service agents were either trying to sell me another phone with you or keep my old phone, "top up" my talk minutes for an additional fee, and/or leave my lifeline attached to you and take another phone number. NO WAY!!! You, TruConnect, are anything and everything BUT "true". That fits: you can't even spell it correctly!
