I had been let down twice by unnecessary red tape and people who couldn't keep their word before finding Dale at Loan Star Financing. He did what he said he would do the first time and his staff always made time to answer my questions and keep me updated on the steps, process and timeline. I really did appreciate this organization. Although as a first time home buyer, I felt that being provided with a bit more communication would have been beneficial to me in order to reduce some of the uncertainties that I ran into. When I would contact the individuals, they would answer my questions, but I do think that some preventative communication would have been beneficial for both parties. I am fairly certain I am not the only person feeling this way, and even more certain that I won't be the last.
