"When the courier brings an empty package….."

Product was 1/4“ cold drawn mild steel bar (3 x 2m). Exactly as ordered. Only problem was the packaging, which was in two parts and the courier tried to deliver only the packaging from one half without any steel. Fortunately, after some brief discussion he recalled the rest of the package lying separately in his van and full delivery was made.
Product is fine, but packaging should be rethought.

Pieces all Cut 15mm longer than requested. Package full of swarf. Package got lost for over a week, because I paid with Google pay and it missed my house number off. Tried to contact them via email and Evri delivery service several times to correct and it made no difference. No response to emails. Once I finally had a chance to speak to them on the phone, they eventually got the package to me. Won't use again
