There was a problem with my order - it didn't arrive. I contacted Health Central and recieved a quick response from Melody. She was friendly and very helpful. A replacement was sent and arrived within a few days! It was a great experience - thanks Melody!

I will have to say when I finally got hold of Health Central USA a woman named Tracy got up with me within hours on the same day and that meant a lot to me! So for that I give five stars because she was very prompt!

Made a $300 order. Waited 29 business days and it was never shipped nor was i given an order update.

Had to reach out to be told, it was 'shipped' but must've gotten lost. When i asked for tracking they said 'We don't have tracking unless it's a large order'

Utter waste of time, listen to the other bad reviews, not a legitimate place to buy from
