After a very troubled experience with my original installer of my solar system, Fred came and sorted everything out including having had the wrong second battery sold to me by my original fitter.
All the staff including Zoe and the office team were excellent VSL came on the day booked ,on time.polite and tidy.

Really great team. The comms throught the process was brilliant and changes were accomodated and discussed prior to finalising the quote. The team worked very hard for the two days they were here installing. The aftersales care has been brilliant and Fred has kept an eye on the install remotely which gives great peace of mind. Overall, I would totally recommend VSL for your solar/battery needs.

I contacted several companies to get quotes, and by far VSL were the friendliest from the start. Very attractive price, good clear explanation of process, great clean installation, and fantastic, clear app.
I have solar panels fitted on other properties I own, and wished I had used VSL on those! Great after-sales service, too.

Efficient, friendly and attentive experience from initial enquiry to completion of installation. Sales team gave practical and impartial advice. Installers were on time, professional and considerate, and even a wasps nest didn't put them off! We love the app, so that we can check our generation of energy - which has become something of an obsession. Thank you.

From the very start, all the team at VSL have been jolly decent people to work with. I never felt I was being put under any pressure, or that I was given any advice I felt was suspect.

They arranged the scaffolding perfectly, to fit around my unpredictable schedule, they sent very competent and caring teams to survey and install. Everyone was polite, efficient, tidy.

There was a slight glitch, they arranged to come back when it was convenient for me to sort out the issue.

Honestly, I felt that nothing was too much trouble. I have enjoyed working with the team, both in the office and the guys who did the install. You are a real credit to your company. Well done 👊🏽

"I can highly recommend VSL Renewables…"

I can highly recommend VSL Renewables Ltd.. They only set up this solar PV side of their business last September but, for what they lack in turnover, they more than make up for with personal service. Although I was very lucky that another installation got cancelled, I have my system working within a week of accepting their quotation.

The whole process was a very quick turn around. From initial order to full installation and removal of scaffolding took about a week.
