Все понравилось. Была задержка вылета на 2 часа, связался с представителем Старлайн, предупредил. Водитель ждал в установленном месте, сам помог катить чемоданы до авто.

ехали от нового аэропорта Стамбула. наш рейс был задержан на час, прям из самолета написала на вотсап, они сказали, что подождут. прилетев туда, не могли найтись с такси, но нам оперативно отвечали, поэтому мы нашлись. такси было как на картинке, отличный мерседес. доехали без пробок. на обратном пути от отеля до аэропорта, с нами заранее связались, договорились приехать чуть раньше, чем было заказано. в общем все супер

Good value for money, with a first class operation, the lady driver was very punctual and it was a very comfortable return journey, the luxury new van was fresh and covid clean disinfected, the lady was very helpfully with putting my luggage in the trunk.
All the lady drivers was very hospitable and kind. All my travel was smooth because of them! I really appreciate them for their waiting time, and patience. And all spoke fluent English.

"Our transfer didn't show up"

Our transfer didn't show up, so we tried to call all the numbers on our reservation but no answers. We waited a bit more and called again, but still nothing. So we decided to take a taxi instead and contacted Intui travel for a refund.
After some e-mail correspondance Intui refunded our whole payment, both tranfers.
So it really wasn't a good start on our holiday, but Intui made a good decision on refunding us the whole amount.

Нам все очень понравилось. И машина, и водитель (поставил даже песню Цоя, думая для нас). Все вовремя и цена очень приемлемая. Всем рекомендую данный сервис. И сама буду пользоваться им.

"USE AIRPORT TAXIS INSTEAD, WAS NOT RELIABLE FOR ME"

We arrived in Dubai Airport with 3 babies (aged 3 and under) who were crying after an 8 hour flight we wanted to go straight into the cab and to the hotel. When we arrived at DXB Airport, the driver did not turn up. I was luckily able to use a phone from the Sixt Rent a Car Dubai company and called the emergency contact number on the Intui travel docs and the person who picked up the phone was asleep (6am Dubai time) and did not know of any such booking he said. We then used a Taxi cab which happened to be the same price and more quicker. If you every travel to Dubai, I would say use the taxi cabs, better and easier. Intui were not very easy to deal with in terms of asking for a refund as they wanted evidence I called the driver despite my phone being off/flight mode.
