"Appalling customer service"

Appalling customer service. I booked and paid for a transfer, and then they left me stranded in the middle of the night when the transfer did not turn up. They said I hadn't paid which was a lie. Do not trust this company, for my next visit I booked directly with a local company and everything was fine and cheaper. This is a dodgy parasitic middleman. Avoid.

"Заказывала трансфер на 20.00 из отеля в…"

Заказывала трансфер на 20.00 из отеля в Ретимно в аэропорт Ираклиона. В ваучере указано Mercedes E class sedan, приехал микроавтобус, мы вдвоем с рюкзаками, ну ок. В 20.00 позвонила оператор компании, сообщила, что наш автомобиль сломался, вызвали срочно замену, она приедет через 15 минут. Замена приехала через 40, другой микроавтобус. Водитель ещё 5 минут неспешно заполнял бланки, потом, чтобы нагнать время вёл, нарушая все возможные ПДД, обгон через 2 сплошные и прочие весёлости.
На рейс не опаздали, но удовольствие такое себе...за Mercedes E class sedan отдельное спасибо)

"No good transfer"

"Book direct and avoid this incompetent middleman"

Intui travel is a waste of time and you would be better off booking a local taxi direct. They took my money, sent me a message confirming that I had paid for an airport pickup, and then didn’t turn up. They said they had cancelled my booking because they had only received an “e-cheque” – fraudulent as they had previously confirmed that I had paid them. So I was stranded and wishing I had booked a local taxi company in the first place. Terrible customer service, no apology, no compensation, – avoid.

Встретили, где ожидали сразу по прилету, заплатили, сколько было написано на сайте, микроавтобус был комфортный и просторный.

"No transfer on arrival, lack and poor communication, with no compassion for a not to return customer."

Transfers for a family group (2 x mini buses), with 4 infants, was booked and paid from Porto airport to our destination on 27th July 2019. On arrival our transfer was nowhere to be seen, using the literature provided and ringing the local transfer company (Meridan4People) they informed us the booking had been cancelled on 15th July 2019 and informed us intui were going to call us on my mobile telephone. Contacting Meridan4People several times they assured us a telphone call would be forthcoming, as of 9th August I am still awaiting a call?
In the meantime, after an our waiting for the telephone call, the family group used 4 Uber cabs to transfer us to our destination. On arriving at our destination and with access to the Internet we discovered receiving an email informing us of the 15th July cancellation and to arrange our own transfer for which we would be fully refunded, on enquiring as to the transfer back we were informed a refund was been made in full and the whole order/transfer had been cancelled. With having to arrange the transfer back to Porto Airport and the additional cost from the Uber transfers, this left us with additional out of pocket expenses to the tune of 60 euros.
No apology, still awaiting a phone call and response to email request for reimbursement of the additional expenses incurred. We are unimpressed with the level of service and lack of compassion Intui have provided, they have failed badly. My advised would be to book direct with a local company and cut out the middleman Intui.

"Took my money but left me stranded"

I had used this company previously but then they let me down badly. I booked a transfer and the company sent me a confirmation saying that the transfer had been paid. My bank account had been debited so I set off thinking everything had been sorted. But when I arrived at my destination at midnight the transfer that I had paid for was nowhere to be seen. I phoned the emergency help number which was no help at all. First they said that I had cancelled the booking myself, and then they said I hadn’t paid. Intui tells lies, took my money and left me stranded at an airport in the middle of the night. No apology, just bad service. Customer service of any company can only be tested when things go wrong. Intui failed badly. If you want to keep your money and be more sure of getting your booked transfer, book direct with a local company and cut out this dodgy middleman company.
