Машина просто НЕ ПРИЕХАЛА!!! Прождали 50минут, по указанному в бронировании но ему никто не отвечал.

On a trip to Goa in November the driver didn't wait. I requested pick up time of an hour after land. INTUI in their wisdom scheduled the pick uptime of the landing time and drivers instructed to wait for maximum of one hour. That would be fine if planes disembarked at the landing time but by time they have taxied from the runway to the building etc it can be 25 mins before you get off plane. this gives 35 minutes for immigration visa, iris photograph baggage reclaim and customs plus another 4 long haul flights landing t approximately same time. the long and short is they leave without letting you know they have gone and you then have to make your own way to your hotel.
Why bother booking in first place?
The return journey was also booked and surprise, surprise they did not show . They had my mobile number and the name of the hotel it would be easy to find the number but couldn't be bothered to phone one or the other.
Still waiting for refund they said the delay at airport was my fault but promised to reimburse the no show at hotel but nearly 3 months on and 4 emails later still not seen a penny.

I booked based on the google search results and i was not disappointing. The driver was waiting for me at the airport and then he took me straight to the destination. job done well!

Первый раз заказывали трансфер самостоятельно, обычно брали в составе тура. Вначале сомневались, но почитав отзывы решили купить здесь. На других сайтах цены были выше. Встретили в аэропорту Анталии с табличкой, машина чистая и удобная - микроавтобус Pegeot. Вежливуй, улыбчивый водитель довез нас с женой до отеля очень аккуратно. Обратно из отеля забрали без опозданий.
