"Absolutely shocking service!"

Absolutely shocking service!! Stay away from this company at all cost. My transfer from the airport had been confirmed at 6:50am (confirmation documents stated the pick up time clearly). However, for some reason this company along with Best 4u somehow managed to alter my booking to 6am causing me to pay an extra €95 for an emergency taxi and I almost missed my flight back to the UK. They're reluctant to pay a full refund or reimburse the inconvenience they have caused. I'm not one to write complaints, but this company will take your money knowing it's their fault and not own up to it. I'm now having to get my lawyer involved in order to take legal action.

"Absolutely disgusting company"

Absolutely disgusting company. We pre-paid £506.27 for airport transfers from Zagreb to Hideout Festival and they refused to send our taxi both ways. Left 3 18 year old girls stranded in the airport. And then refuse to send us a refund. Awful company and employees.

"Horrendous experience"

Horrendous experience - avoid this company at all costs. Booked a transfer from Hong Kong airport to a hotel in China for which I was charged a considerable sum of money (Booking reference ECGBP-9045755). When I arrived in Hong Kong I was told they do not have cars that are allowed to travel in to China and the best they could do was to drop me at a railways station in Hong Kong and allow me to make my own way by train, bus and taxi in to China. Fortunately I knew how to do this but involved walking across the border and what should have been a 2 hour transfer maximum turned out to take 7 hours. Nothing on booking confirmation stated that they could not transfer me to the hotel in China (they even put the full hotel address on the confirmation as the destination!). They were supposed to contact me whilst I China about the return transfer but nobody has made any effort so I have made my own arrangements to get back to the airport. Please do avoid using this company at all costs - misleading and appalling customer service

"Amazing value for the money"

Amazing value for the money. Private taxi for the sane cost as a shuttle but took us straight to the hotel in a very clean and comfortable car. Very polite and helpful drivers. Would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend.

Заказывали трансфер из аэропорта Адлера ночью, самолёт опоздал на 40 минут, но всё равно водитель дождался и отвёз в отель. Всё замечательно организовано, постоянно обратная связь. Супер компания. Рекомендуем.

They failed my transfer from airport, waiting for several hours for pickup, then I used taxi which cost me 75€. Never got money back.

after reading couple of reviews, i was concerned however i did take most of the reviews with a pinch of salt. having customer service background, people are more keen on complaining than praising a person/service(some ruthlessly for refund-compensation purposes or in other words {{free loaders}}). i used intui both in moscow and st petersburg- efficient service,punctual,professional /friendly drivers,new/clean cars-value for money. i will definitely recommend /use in the future again.

"Неудавшийся трансфер из Марианских Лазней, Чехия"

К сожалению, положилась на эту компанию в организации выезда из Чешского города Марианские Лазни. Было подозрительно привдлекательное предложение, заказала трансфер в аэропорт, подтверждение пришли только от самого агрегатора. Заподозрив неладное лично звонила с рецепции отеля в компанию-перевозчик, сотрудник компании на английском, русском и чешском объяснил, что они вообще не работают в Марианских Лазнях, т.к. находятся в другом конце Чехии. Все. Финал. Бронирую через отель такси, т.к. ехать на поезде не получается по времени. Имейте ввиду, проверяйте свои заказы у перевозчика заранее,чтобы не оказаться у разбитого корыта.

PS Веселая компания запросила распечатку звонков с городского телефона на ресцепции отеля (хаха), администратор при мне спрашивал про пани *меня* и номер заказа. телефон (единственный!) был указан в ваучере +420 777 755 118
жду продолжения концерта

My recent experience.

I noticed they reply to a feedback with very defending attitude. Not at any point they admit their fault and lack of expertise in what ever it is that they do there.

They failed to accept that messing around a customer for 3 months is not acceptable. The fact that the customer has to constantly chase them up on outstanding information. The fact that they initially requested additional £18 payment, prior accepting to waive this request.

And OF COURSE you refunded me the payment in full! Because you had no other option!! It was an open case in PAYPAL and you would get your fingers slapped if you were to act any differently.

Anyone reading these reviews on this firm, please stay away, you will thank me later!!
