Overall very good, Polite and friendly drivers, both on arrival in Malta also Departure from the hotel back to Malta International Airport. Both journeys were quick, and comfortable vehicles. The drivers on both journeys were polite, friendly and helpful.The price was very good. I would certainly use the firm again, also recommend them to other people. As mentioned to Intui-Travel Services that there was a problem at the time of the initial booking on their web-site, that when entering the Arrival Hotel in the 'Drop Down' screen, it defaulted to my Home Address in the UK, which was picked up by the Transfer Company, who sent me an E Mail in order to Edit the fault. This has been reported back to Intui-Travel Service, who hopefully will look in to the matter THANK YOU

I needed to change my booking and called and called no one has been answering my calls. Very rude woman when I turned up at the airport and fobbed off saying I needed to speak to the supplier. I am disgusted paying service and can't even get hold of them appalling I will never be using them again avoid at all costs. I have emailed several times with no response. Absolutely disgusting.

Hi we found the Intui Travel transfer excellent. On time, lovely polite welcome, immedidate transfer out of the airport to the hotel and offer of advice for travel tips in our destination. I could not fault them and would highly recommend them.

"Заказал индивидуальный трансфер внес …"

Заказал индивидуальный трансфер внес предоплату, указал номер рейса, прилетели в Португалию Фаро в полночь, водителя нет, фирма на звонки и письма не отвечает, общественный транспорт не ходит. В итоге взяли водителя, переплатили 50 евро.
Предоплату вернули.

UPDATE
Выписку о входящих звонках я тоже предоставил, никто мне не звонил. До 6 по мск вечера тел был включен. Так что могу точно утверждать, что целый день перевозчик мне не звонил.
Возможно, звонили, когда я был в самолете, но это уже было после 6 вечера по мск, и то, что до меня нельзя было дозвониться, так как я был в самолете, не дает право не встречать меня и никак не предупреждать об этом. У встречающей компании были контакты моего имейла, ну или смс можно было сбросить, вариантов куча.
Так же ваша компания не отвечала на тел и письма, хотя вы утверждаете, что у вас круглосуточная поддержка. По факту ее нет.
