"My Multi-Family Experience"

It was a great beginning. However because I had to break up the training over consecutive weeks, I got two differing styles in delivering the material. Both were knowledgeable; but I much preferred week two presenter because he peeled the curtains back a bit more and made the experience about us newbies and not as much himself.

The "Big Black Peter" story/joke told by Eric, the primary trainer, in the afternoon of Saturday, April 21, 2018 was inappropriate, disrespectful, and offensive to many members of a mostly African American group across the river from Washington, DC. The multifamily real estate information was useful but the "Big Black Peter" story/joke was not necessary and will hopefully not be repeated at future RE Mentor events.

I think it's a great program and great opportunity. After going to the 3 day program I do want more. I'm not able to commit that time right now as I have a job and real estate to maintain. As my current holdings grow, I would be willing to return and pursue even more with REMENTOR.
The 3 day program was informative, the pace was good.

Went to the 3-day bootcamp and it was informative, intense, and sometimes a bit overwhelming. The speaker was engaging, well-versed, and rellavant.
I thank the organiser for a well put together event and am pleased with my experience.

The information provided was exceptional. What it always comes down to is the money needed to move forward. The organization should reconsider how to collect this fee. They should allow the participants to pay the fee out of their future investments. I strongley believe you would have a lot more clients moving forward with the program. You could also carefully vet the participants you choose to move forward, therefore guarenteeing a return for your money. I was upset that I was unable to move forward.
