A lot great information in only 3 days. Steve is a great Mentor with so much knowledge and experience...he made us laugh too. Mark was also very helpful, awesome guy. What a great program!!!

Eric, the instructor, was amazing. He provided so much valuable information and made sure everyone understood the numbers. My only issue was the cost of the Diamond program. I understand the value in the program however $38k+ seems a bit high for what was being offered.

This is for the Minneapolis Apartment Boot Camp. Steve, the presenter, was an excellent speaker and a very knowledgeable guy. His presentation was interesting, informative and fun. The only reasons the presentation did not receive 5 stars from me was that I felt too much time was spent trying to instill the virtues of having a mentor. I understand the need to do this in this environment and I value mentorship highly, as I already have an apartment investing mentor that I engaged before attending the RE Mentor Boot Camp. However, because of the activities surrounding the mentoring promotion, some of the material presentation was rushed and I was not able to take notes on material that was in the PowerPoint presentation but not in the boot camp book. That frustrated me somewhat. Overall, this is the second apartment investing boot camp that I have attended and I felt it was very good as an introductory level coverage of the topic.
