Invaluable information given in a way that even a Layman like myself could understand. Clear systems to follow that will lead to success if followed. I truly believe the staff and mentors have their students best interest in mind and not only want their students to succeed, but make themselves available to help them succeed. The mentors are not reluctant to hold their students accountable to the assignments that are necessary to make great deals, I like that, a lot! They even hold the students hand through the deals all the way through completion.

The 3 day boot camp was very informative. The teacher was excellent and even entertaining. A lot of great tips to help one get started in Multi family Investing. Well worth the money. I can now underwrite Multifamily Properties and have a better understanding of the financials. I didn't spring for the costly mentorship program which seems to have many benefits but I would recommend them to other investors.

A lot of valuable time wasted, on story time.
The material needs to presented in a planed agenda showing the step by step process

To many stories being told and not enough information about the topic being presented.

While on a topic, the information was rushed, then he would go into a long drawn out 30 minute “ do you want to hear a story” . This is not a very good teaching method.

Very monotoned, and rushed.

Instructor seems to be a nice person, he just can’t stay on topic and send the information clearly.

From the tried method of instructions, I was able to gather some good material, and some guidence.

The material could be better presented.
