They are very supportive and the coaching program is very helpful guiding you to prevent you from making major costly mistakes along the way helping you to make educated decisions in your investment. I would recommend them to anybody who would like to learn about multifamily investments.

The RE Mentor program is excellent! The speakers on the conferences, trainings and the Real Estate materials are really helpful for learning and for education especially to those who don't have background in Real Estate. The RE Mentor staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Consistent contact with innovative ideas and weekly messages help a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend Re Mentor to anyone who has a passion for real estate and a desire to learn it right. Every email and phone call get answered. Most unique learning platform I have seen. My only comment that could make the experience even better, would be to freshen up the forms and integrate the best ideas in your printed material and videos. Some of them seem outdated. I would select new students that have had success and feature them on videos to share their stories on how they overcame their fears. Shark tank is great but select better presentations.

Hi Jermaine, this is Gayle Snow. Elyse has to forward any of your notices or information from Rementor as it is not sent to me directly for some reason.
I have really really enjoyed my Diamond Mastery training so far and look forward to getting through the mastery training website too now that I have completed the courses up in Boston and our Coaching. I am also still determined to buy a property - and now that Gail is coming here next month for the Mentoring, hopefully she will find out what we are doing wrong that has prevented us from buying up till now. I put in a lot of hours on property and have had a glitch with Sponsor as you may recall, I but am now practicing my Presentation talk since doing that course earlier this month. I wish we had a property and hope to solve that soon with Gail.

"No Friction -- Program Needs Be Improved So We Actually Achieve Results!"

I am a diamond mastery student. RE Mentor is a very friendly and accessible organization. People are helpful and obviously like their work. I love going to the training and partnering events – the enthusiasm, the camaraderie is fantastic. However, I think the program of training and helping students needs to be improved greatly in terms of results for us.

Firstly, when my business partner and I first signed up, we were told this could be done on 2 hours per week and that the Tampa Bay area is a good market to invest in. We covered this with each person we spoke to and that decided us to sign up. I am aware there is not promise of results, but it was made clear that if we got the training, did the work and kept at it, we would get results. I and my business partner easily spend over 15 hours per week and have done for over 1 1/2 years now. We have traveled to the Boston area, paying flights and hotels, etc 8 times in this period to do the training. We have had personal coaching calls every other week during this time and listened to Dave's calls. Many people at Rementor have spent time helping us gladly. We have additionally bought the REindicator program and the Commercial underwriting program.

We are hoping that the Mentoring visit we have coming up in a couple of weeks help us make the changes we need since we haven’t gotten a property yet. We’ve turned in LOI’s that followed the trinity, but nothing has been accepted. We haven't even managed to get in an offer within 90% of the asking price. Is there a system that debugs this and actually helps students get a property so the $ invested in the training program pays off? The coach has not told us why we don’t have a property or suggested a different way to go; we weren’t sent to anyone who could “debug” our performance. We want to know what we are doing wrong. It never occurred to me that we’d be in this program for over a year and not have a first property to show for our hard work!

"When I heard the sales pitch of your …"

When I heard the sales pitch of your program I thought there will be more in class training and also that I would be able to be taken through all the steps of actually getting a multi unit property with an instructor. I paid more for this program than I did for my college education and I have made over a million dollars from my college education.

I finally got an investment property bought but it wasn't using any of your programs, it was by taking money out of my 401 k an buying it cash.

I could have bought another property with the money I paid for your program and actually get a profit from it.

Your program only gave me one weekend course that was ok, but definitely not worth 25k. The rest of the information was through a website that was really not even close to a professional website should be.

I don't learn that way, I learn through hands on training and that's what I thought I would get from your program.

The one lesson I learned from this experience is that I can come up with the money if I want it bad enough and to not be so naïve.

I will do multi unit investment but certainly will find my funds through my own means.

"opinion"

The training program needs to be brought up to speed. It references CDs but there are no CDs. The Module numbers do not match what the audio references. Also, $40K for one hour a month is not enough time for learning and interacting. I was hoping for more guidance that matches my desire to succeed
