Don't like the price. Issue with how to find investors with this program if you don't already know "wealthy" or "rich" investors. Your class did teach very useable info that could be used quickly in this field of investment/work.

I can not imagine diving into the multi family apartment acquisition process without FIRST having partnered with the mentorship program through RE Mentor. I would have messed up so much and left a lot of money money on the table. I have experience in acquiring 2-16 units. Large multi-family is a completely different ball game. I am so so grateful for this program!

although I did not take the class at this time, I really wish I had and thought it was be a phenomonal way to build equity. I have done the same before and just needed an update and how to source the money. Hopefully, I can take it in the future. The guarantee was solid and I got my money back immediately.

"Great information and framework for a …"

Great information and framework for a workable system, but it is not possible to do this on my own through the initial investment/course as was advertised. It was very much a bait-and-switch. I was given educational materials for the system, only an entry level, and was not given all that was promised to succeed in real estate. The true tools -- real coaches, sponsors, investors, and "network"-- are NOT available after the initial purchase as pitched; but only after an additional $35,000 purchase that is being sold through the first purchased seminar. Made me uneasy to further invest, despite their constant reminder that it is a "family business". Nobody is willing to help unless you actually pay them a ton of money, even though they would profit by involvement in your real estate deal.
