"Bumpy Start"

Coaching did not seem too beneficial. When I brought it up, nothing really changed. After my 3 months was over, I was propositioned to spend another 10K and was told that they would change my coach. I am not sure why that wasn't offered the first or second time that I mentioned it. I also never did receive all of the materials and literature but hey, I guess I didn't ask enough times.On a nicer note, I may a deal wrapped up soon and honestly, I would not have been able to do it without the help of REMentor.

Absolutely, amazing organization and support system. If you are willing to do the work you will probably get further with this organization than many others. The Coaching sessions should be longer and more structured. I was exposed to so much information, my only concern was that it was difficult for the coach to answer my questions, relate to the experiences I encounter between the sessions and worked on many of the planned structures for coaching.
I have been in other programs, however, the corroboration and the support of RE Mentor is second to none that I have experienced.
I think the staff really cares about the students - they are adaptable to our situations and have become quite a power house to my success.

I really learned a lot last weekend at the Multi-Family Boot Camp. I wish I were in a position to take advantage of the Coaching financially, but I'm going to have to bootstrap myself up! I've already made steps forward in my investing journey( mailed 30 out-of-state owner letters today) and look forward to a long and profitable relationship with Dave and RE Mentor!

I would say this course is very informative and the sales are not forced, which is greatly appreciated. As a person who knows nothing about real estate I feel I came away with good knowledge, but this was clearly geared toward the intermediate investment students. I was lost with terminology and felt out of place at moments and felt completely out of place with the lender presentation. All in, a good experience and I’m eager to learn more.

This program is not for anyone who has no commercial real estate experience even though they tell you otherwise. For the cost of the Mastery Program, I expected much more guidance and support, especially from my coach. The material is old and out dated and many of the tapes you can barely hear. The material should be up to date and clear for the money!! I do not recommend buying into any of their programs.

I've just finished Boot Camp 3 days ago and I have been contacted by our advisor we met at the camp and have had several emails and opportunities to connect for help and information. I feel great about the accessibility of the RE Mentor group!
