Good prices, agents very helpful. My only complaint is that there is no advantage to using them as a regular travel agent, it's only price based. If they really wanted to keep customers they would give some discounts to those who are repeat customers. I have booked with them many times and they have never offered me anything extra, like upgrades or discounts.
