Problem with Yodel delivery. Cane came on time as per the tracking app. Commented that that they were sorry to have missed me. I saw them drive in and off! Later showed as damaged case and contact supplier.
Phoned Laithwaites who were extremely helpful and apologetic and said a replacement would be sent the next day, which it was and this time Yodel did their role properly!
