Ordered product almost 2 months ago. Some personalized gifts were for a wedding shower that has come and gone. Can never get an answer from Customer Service and website says in process...after almost 2 months? Do NOT order from Qualtry!

This purchase was for Christmas.
Everything I purchased for Christmas was late!
I started my order with a few things with 2 day delivery for Christmas , and the pop-up kept saying spend $100 get free shipping. No where did it say if you spend $100 we are going to ship it ground So not only did I buy more than I needed. I was leaving in 4 days out of town for Christmas, celebrating in town the night before. Didn’t have the gifts in town to give to family or to take with me out of town and then this one arrives in February and I didn’t even get notice it was on back order.
I tried to contact the company several times via email and asked for a phone call and the response was their phone service was unavailable and I still have yet to get a call back. It’s been almost a month. Very disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from here again

I order the first collar as gift. When it was stolen out of the mailbox before the recipient received it I told Qualtry right away! Their reaction surprised me!! They got right to work and and shipped and shipped a new one! I couldn’t believe it! Now That! Is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVIC! Thank You Qualtry

Horrible service!! Always an excuse for taking 2-3 weeks to ship my order. Never can reach anyone by phone because the lines are constantly busy or not working. Takes 3-4 emails to get a half response. Chat never works.

I typically like this company and their products.
I placed an order on November 27th.
Paid for the items to be produced in the US (not overseas).
My first items didn't arrive until December 29th. The others came in January. LONG after I needed them for gifts and to use for the holidays. I sent a couple emails and didn't receive any type of satisfactory answer. Just that they were busy this season.
It was disappointing to think things were taken care of only to have to scramble when items didn't arrive on time.

It took me tons of emails and frustration just to get the code to give to the merchant for a dog collar. Finally received the items 5-6 weeks after buying it. Was constantly told the merchant had to fix the code issue.
