I ordered wooden picture frame but it was delivered in pieces. I took photos and sent to customer service. After nearly two month, they sent to me replacement picture frame in another broken pieces. I am done with this company. I am done with this company. It is horrible quality.

I bought 2 luggage tags on Groupon. When I went to the Qualtry website to place the order I made the mistake of ordering only one. It came in the mail and I noticed my mistake. I tried to order one more using my Groupon code and that didn't work. I contacted Customer Service at Qualtry and they took care of the problem quickly and I received my second tag in just a couple of days.

I was close to giving it 5 stars, the only thing that made it a 4 for me was the size of the cutting boards. Then it's the domino effect. So, you could upgrade them to the bigger size, but then the cost to upgrade one was more than the cost of the entire Groupon for 10 cutting boards. Some have complained about the shipping and it's a little high. However, if you take the total cost and divide it BY 10 to figure out the individual cost, it's more than fair and a GREAT DEAL!! The personalization alone is what really makes them nice and worth the money!! Everyone I gave it to, LOVED THEM!!!
