This is the first time that I shopped with Qualtry, but I have received gifts from your company in the past that our family has really enjoyed. We have an upcoming wedding and I was wishing I'd thought to order a personalized gift from your company sooner. "I order this set on February 12"

I order this set on February 12. It got proceeded very quickly and sent. After 8 days it had not moved when I tracked it. So inquired and 2 days later Jaystra emailed stating the order must have gotten lost and she sent the order back through. Okay things get lost! March 2, I just received the luggage tags and battery chargers. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! However when I tested the battery chargers 1 came apart, I will super glue it, because I am leaving shortly for a trip and do not have time to wait for a replacements
