"Incomplete Order and No Response from Qualtry"

I ordered 5 pairs of gloves in November. Without any communication from Qualtry, I received this order in two shipments a month later, which was 2-3 weeks longer than what they advertised on their website. When I received the two orders, one pair of gloves was missing. I attempted to contact the company 5 times via their website as there was no phone number listed. I never received a response, and the gloves never arrived. This was a Christmas present that obviously I wasn’t able to give. Very disappointed in the customer service.

My luggage tags are a beautiful pink color which contrasts with my blue luggage and stands out very noticeably. Very unusual tags, I like them. Great value for the price!
