I have had to jump through hoops to just get the right collar sent to me. Otherwise i have no complaints about the quality. They are very well made! However the inaccurate product that was sent i must prove i ordered the right thing? Its on my bill but now i must send a ship label as well. I have already photographed the collar that i received in error and that wasn't enough. My dogs current name.... is Vinnie from WI. Not Banjo living somewhere in NY..
