Item arrived as promised. It is not the highest quality fabric, it is cute and will make some nice gifts for family.

I received my dogs embroidered collar and they left out two numbers in my phone number. I emailed their customer support center twice 6 days ago and I never received a response. Very unhappy with their customer service. I would not recommend this company to handle any further orders.

Great company. I found them thru Groupon. I was able to purchase a nice, personalized and original wedding gift. My nephew and his wife loved it. I purchased a cutting board and cork hot pads.

The small collar I got for my dog is terrible. The embroidery of her name and my number look very sloppy and the letters and numbers almost run together. The large one looks better but not at all like the picture that is shown.

I would like updates to when the package left your company and when it was delivered. I also would have liked a section if there were questions. It was a gift and I had to ask the party to send me a picture and let me know when she received it.

I would recommend this company for it's quality & craftmanship . I was able to pick the design,font & personalization. It is to nice to use ,it will make a beautiful anniversary gift for son & daughter-in law, I only wished I ordered one for myself in the larger size.

Collars were easy to read sturdy. Time spent waiting for the product was very satisfactory. Only comment, if your dog is between two sizes, get the smaller size. I ordered according to the chart and they were a bit too big. Unfortunately, when you adjust the size, you can cover the phone number information.
