Highly unprofessional senior account manager. We applied for financing Saturday simple 12,000 loan for some shop equipment. The automated application says you will hear within a couple hours from a representative. It was Saturday so I didn’t expect a response on that day. But when I didn’t hear back by Monday afternoon I decided to reach out. I got a response from Alan Sand who simply said it was just declined and he didn’t even have the professionalism to even reach out in the morning to inform us. So we went a step further and my wife with a credit score over 700 listed herself as a personal guaranter. Again no response within a few hours. So this morning we reached out again and the answer no response yet followed by another response saying they couldn’t help me. Makes no sense someone with a 700plus credit score looking to borrow such a low amount would be declined. I firmly believe this guy hasn’t done his job and he is just simply blowing smoke. Most banks will try to help potential clients this guy just responded sorry we can’t help you. I don’t even believe he tried to be honest. Just not interested in helping because it’s such a small amount. Very ridiculous if you ask me.
