"The directions were minimal and diagrams too small."

The directions were minimal, and the pictures were printed very, very tiny, it was hard to see. Greater detail in the written directions and much larger pictures would have made this an easier assembly. Furthermore, there were many many extra parts that didn’t get used, and I was missing one important screw. Also, the safety cable provided was only meant for a long fan, but we use the short rod, and therefore we’re unable to use the safety cable provided. Lastly, it wobbles, it makes crunchy noises, and it takes several tries to get it to reverse direction. It starts to change direction, but then quickly decides not to. Usually after two or three attempts, it will actually change direction.

I bought because I thought the fan would be slow enough as most DC fans are too fast and too much wind, especially if above bed while sleeping. The motor was slower but the blades were so big that it still was too much air at lowest setting. They told me to just put motor in reverse. Not an option for me.
