The fan arrived in just a few days (I live in NC). Very easy to install. The DC motor is practically silent, no matter the speed. The choice of light color and intensity is outstanding, and the glass cover diffuses the light beautifully. The app is excellent. I look forward to adding more to my house in the near future.

I ordered the DC motor fan online through the store web site. The fan arrived within 4 days. That was much faster than I would have ordered it from Home Depot. This place beat the price and delivery schedule from Home Depot. The fan was easy to install and it is very quiet. I specifically ordered this fan because it has a bright LED light for reading. I can also dim the light.

I am dissatisfied with the way my fan pole was delivered to me. I paid an extra $50 delivery fee for overnight delivery and the fan was delivered 3 days later. On the package it reads the delivery date was suppose to be Friday July 16; before noon. ( Attached is a picture of the package). Also I called FedEx for a refund and they told me that your company has a waiver with them and I could not get a refund for my delivery fee. I was told by FedEx to contact your company for a refund. Which I did 3 times, left messages and to this date I have not got a call back. Also the fan is making a humming sound which makes me wonder if it's going to fall. I had the fan hung by a professional so I'm not sure what's going on with it.
I do like the style of the fan but I have second thoughts about the fan. Please REFUND me my Delivery fee. Thank you, PC- Dissatisfied Customer

Purchased two super quiet Explorer outdoor smart fans. Customer service was able to quickly provide longer down rods to accommodate my sloped pavilion ceiling.

Both fans werer easily synced to run from one remote.

the fan is beautiful but came crooked and without a remote. We also can not figure out the app so though it looks nice we haven't been able to enjoy it.
