I am so thrilled with the service provided by Fixed.net! I initially signed up with them in a panic when something went wrong with my website and it was dead in the water. They were able to fix the issues within a few hours (in the middle of the night) and I decided it was a good idea to stay on with them moving forward. I have since had a number of issues come up that they've been able to fix right away. And as my business has grown and I have needed to make changes to my website accommodate advertising, etc., they have helped make the process easy. I HIGHLY recommend!

"Fixed.net's Incompetence "
Over the next two weeks, we will share about twenty separate reviews for Fixed.net based on more than twenty tickets our company submitted over the last four months of using their service. We refrained from posting these reviews on Trustpilot as they were transpiring due to prior experiences with gaslighting from management after we shared previous reviews.
After two years of mediocre customer service, the final straw was when Fixed.net failed to resolve a SERIOUS issue on our website that was affecting customers and sales. Their attempts to fix the problem were completely ineffective, often relying on their go-to tactics of blaming the customer for the error and responding with nonsensical answers just to get the problem out of their queue. What is most frustrating – and leaves my team in disbelief – is that it was an issue Fixed.net created in the first place. After three months of trying to get them to fix it, they still have no clue they’re the ones who caused the problem.
In these twenty tickets, the reader will notice that incompetence, poor customer service, and delayed or no resolution are consistent across all of these tickets. This isn’t a one-time customer service failure – it’s the experience every time you open a ticket.
Please read each review. Every review gives detailed information on the day-to-day operations of Fixed.net. The reader will gain insight into the length of time it takes for Fixed to initially respond to a ticket, the time it takes to solve a ticket (if at all), and the incompetence of the agents. Again, this is not a one-time incident. This was EVERY ticket opened in the last four months with Fixed.

Ticket opened. Explained that some customers were getting double orders placed. Gave the representative the order numbers for the customers.
The response from Fixed.net was that the orders came from Facebook. Our customers cannot order through Facebook. They can only order through our website. This was an invalid answer. It is a good example of the representative looking at the ticket and saying whatever comes to mind to get the ticket out of his queue. I had to do their work for them and explain that our customers cannot order through Facebook.

Fixed.net explained the WooCommerce plugin was recently updated. They did not give us a reason for the problem. I reminded them that this problem occurred a year ago without a successful resolution. The Fixed.net representative suggested that I needed to monitor it and that I needed to reach out to WooCommerce for them to research the transaction logs.
I reminded Fix.net that their website states Fixed.net would resolve any WooCommerce issues. I stated they need to reach out to them.

They were given the information to reach out to WooCommerce. They reached out to Woo. Nowhere in their request to Woo did they ask for the transaction logs to be reviewed.
They explained they got nowhere with WooCommerce and stated that the update probably fixed it.

No one can explain why this is happening again. The last representative who reviewed this ticket stated I would have to reach out to WooCommerce. Again, Fixed.net’s website stated they resolve WooCommerce problems. I pointed out to this representative that they have already reached out to Woo and that they need to continue the investigation with Woo.

Fixed.net tries replicating the problem instead of working with WooCommerce to pull the transaction logs. There was no resolution.

I realized the problem was deeper than reported. I explained this to Fixed.net.

Added note: The problem was never solved.
On 1/28/2025, the problem started happening again. I opened another ticket for the issue. A week after this new ticket was opened, the problem was never solved. They also turned off my firewall for four days in this new ticket request, stating this was their resolution.
