I had been trying for the best part of a month to migrate a wordpress site where I'd been given a full backup by a previous company. I was literally tearing my hair out and getting so upset over it as no matter what I tried nothing would work.
I found Fixed whilst googling, had a brief online chat with them and they told me they could get me sorted within a couple of hours. I went ahead and bought their ad-hoc package and literally within minutes they had my website up and running.
