I had been looking for an item for quite awhile and constantly ran into shipping issues due to size I contacted Darryl and crew and they were superb! They went out of their way to find a shipper to get the item from the UK to the US Item price and shipping were very reasonable and it arrived in a week I cant say enough good about these people

Unfortunately when things went wrong they were slow, rude, refused to help and ignored any consumer rights law. Had an item working for 1 month then spent 3 months trying to get it fixed or refunded, in the end only got money back after raising a PayPal dispute because the company owner repeatedly ignored emails and gave various lies about why they couldn't give a refund.
