I cannot praise customer service enough they were brilliant, friendly and very patient. It can be confusing purchasing a product of this nature (in my case fire resistant paint) as there are so many variables and differing regulations. I had numerous questions and technical jargon from buildings regulations as it can feel a bit overwhelming trying to make sure you have the right level of protection for the right kind of material.
