Bought on the 19 May 2024 delivered on 20 July used 3 days the developed an HL code which means overheating and also started leaking from the internal heater

Contacted wave on 25 July after trying all the fixes they tell you to do but still faulty and leaking.

Now the 3 August still no response except by automated email I contacted my credit card company who now inform me that I am just within the 90 days to claim a refund.
I had a wave inflatable hot tub for years with no problem until it got torn in a storm so I was happy to buy from this company but now I totally regret this purchase.

Summer almost over and still without a hot tub so I furious with the customer service received.

I have informed them hot tub is ready for collection as it’s faulty but still no response.

I will now leave it for another 15 days to get back in touch with my credit card to claim a refund it’s been a total waste of a summer.

"Unable to USE"

I ordered this tub June 2023, received it October 2023 and used it twice due the crap customer services. It’s the 6 weeks holiday and can’t use it again.
Can PADDY or SHARON or MICHEAL call me ASAP to return me the missing parts.
I feel like my only option is to call trading standards!

I have tried to contact you my hot tub does not work my son has a lazy part which cost a thousand pound less than mine and has no problem at all with his hot tub I’m so disappointed 😢

"Continued frustration…"

After dealing with Paddy and confirming my delivery which has been delivered over 2 days I am still in no position to build my spa as I’ve been delivered a box of foam walls/panels that are for the larger spa (6 person) and I have a 4 person spa.
Just when I thought things were coming together this incompetence happens!
I honestly thought wave spas had turned it around when they contacted me but I’ve been let down AGAIN.
Back to phoning and getting the automated system, not a person!!
If I do not hear back within the next 48 hours I will be going to the ombudsman and contacting the finance company to withdraw my finance agreement with you as I’m 3 payments in and no spa. Beyond frustrated

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A HOT TUB.
I ordered my wave spa on the 18th of May. I knew it would be a little wait to get the goods but it’s now 2 months and no item. I got an email on the 20th of June saying the goods would be in stock from the 15th of July, on the 18th of July I sent an enquiry as to when my goods would be delivered, informed on the 21st of July my spa would be with me within days, as of today the 1st of August I have not received anything. It takes at least 4 working days to get a response via “live chat” (this is not a person, rather a program which when it can’t help gets a customer service representative to email you hence the 4 days minimum), calling gets you no response either. I’m now going to look to get my money back via my bank as this company is a rip off and a total waste of time. DO NOT USE

"Terrible customer service - avoid"

Pre ordfered this item and recieved on the 18th July.
Used twice and now not heating up. Followed all the trouble shooting, switched off and reset. No response from customer service either by email or voicemail messages left. You can't speak to anybody, very unresponsive. Hugely disappointed and would not recommend. Have no choice but to claim a refund back from the credit card company. These should not be sold by Wave if they are unable to offer the service back up

"Do not buy from this company"

Do not buy from this company, you will have your time and money wasted with their poor quality equipment that will fail within the first month of use!

Then you will have the "pleasure" of dealing with the customer service department (when they can be bothered) who have zero interest in customers or service and will only sporadically correspond with you through email only (no other way to speak to them) for warranty claims and they use the excuse that they are busy and will respond as soon as possible. I am now months into my failed spa warranty claim.

I can see why they are so busy because they have so many spas failing the company cannot keep up with the demand for replacement of poor quality equipment!

I wish I'd have bought a lazy spa instead!

I opened a case with PayPal and won, got a full refund, would definitely recommend anyone having issues to do the same.

"Non existent customer service makes this look like a scam."

Bought a hot tub from Wave and once it arrived, I got it set up and was thrilled at how well it worked. But...a few weeks later and no bubbles, no heat and filter not working properly.
Contacted customer service and found that they have a 4 day turnaround for a response. A week later, a response arrived from Tom saying have you turned it off and on again. After courteously replying yes, I've heard nothing. This is despite messaging, calling and emailing. Over a week later and no response, I've found out that I've contracted bacterial folliculitis as a result of the faulty hot tub.
It seems as though lack of communication and non-existent customer service is a very common cause for complaint. It's obvious that this company is more than happy to take your money but won't do anything to help when things go wrong. Unfortunately, it seems as though this company is a scam and I would avoid, unless someone from the company actually does the right thing and starts to listen to their customers.

"Customer service non existent "

Had the spa for couple of months but have not been able to use it as the filter needed changing after first week. I have ordered more filters but they still haven’t arrived. I also ordered a mat for the spa and got a duvet instead. I also ordered the chemical measure set which was sent to my work address without my name on…this has still not reached me.
Customer service has been non existent. Have tried ringing, left a message, tried online chat and several emails but have not had a response. I now have a spa that I cannot use and no one is responding! At a loss now what do!
