Even my 90 yr old mother could get into the Tahoe because the rigid foam sides were strong enough for her to sit on to swing her legs in.

Preordered a hot tub from Wave Spas in early March for pre-order delivery early April. At the end of the week that my order was due to be shipped I received an update to say there had been an issue with the order and my delivery was now expected to be dispatched mid May. Zoe was very helpful and arranged for me to change to a different model to be delivered that same week, however the week passed with no update and after chasing them for a response I was told a technical error meant the product was now out of stock and a delivery date for either hot tub would be June/July. I have requested a full refund for my order and am yet to get a response two days later. Totally respect that these things can be out of a companies hands however the communication from Wave Spas has been poor. I was really looking forward to trying out their product however a 3-4 month wait from order to delivery is just ludicrous.

I ordered a rigid foam 6-person hot tub just before they came out with the integrated heater units.

Delivery was quite a bit later (like, a couple of weeks) than stated. This caused problems with making sure we were available for delivery.

The instructions for assembly were absolutely awful. It was clear the hoses needed to be installed in a particular way and there was a channel in the foam for a hose - but absolutely none of this was mentioned in the instructions. I sent an email for better instructions and they responded several hours later with a video - as customer service is not located in the US.

The first go around, it leaked. Badly. We could not figure out what was going on. We had to disassemble it and check everything again.

The filter housing is very tricky to get on and off. It's threaded and shouldn't be this much of a problem, but it is. It's like it doesn't catch.

The heater only goes to 102 degrees, not 104 as advertised. It absolutely will not go higher.

Within a couple of days of use, the filter was done. You only get one with your $2000+ order. I was able to buy some time by soaking and cleaning it, but really didn't want to do more business with this company and looked everywhere for an alternative. I could not find filters anywhere other than Wave Spas. I placed that order six days ago, and it still has not been shipped. VI filters don't fit. S1 filters don't fit. The primary problems seems to be the size of the hole in the middle - it's much bigger than these other two sizes and the channel inside of it won't take these smaller-hole filters.

You could buy several inflatable spas for what this thing costs. Replacing those would be less expensive and less hassle than this thing has been. I don't know if the filters are proprietary, but Wave Spas has a transparency problem for sure. Avoid.

My initial delivery had the wrong inflatable cover.The company has quickly and without fuss sent me a new cover for the correct size of spa.

Bought a 6 person inflatable lid to go inside my Hot tub (different brand) and it works brilliantly on my 6-8 person spa.great insulation- gets quickly to optimum temperature now with lid on. Very pleased. Great piece of kit and easily transferrable.

I purchased a portable spa and it only works for 15 minutes at a time. I have contacted customer service and they said that it only works for 15 minutes then shuts down and that is the way it is designed. Terrible design as people do want to enjoy their spa for more than 15 minutes
