Je suis allé dans un premier temps en boutique afin d’avoir quelques conseils, j’ai eu le droit à un service client au top !
J’ai effectuer par la suite une commande sur le site internet de Septième Largeur.
Le colis est arrivé soigné et bien protégé.

Les chaussures sont superbes ! et le service client est très rapide et compréhensif.

Premier achat de 2 paires en ligne et échangées rapidement suite à une erreur de taille.

La première était disponible pour ma taille et a été retourné rapidement, la seconde non disponible a été placée en priorité dans le réassort pour que je puisse la recevoir dans les plus bref délais.

"Custom Patina Shoes- bad customer experience"

Bought shoes with full payment, custom Patina. We agreed on Shoe trees as gift, and start of work 2 weeks after payment because of high load of work- I agreed.
Short summary (cause they already deleted the previous negative review) :
It took them 7 weeks in total to deliver the shoes to me, via express delivery and another 4 for the (forgotten) shoe trees.

What we agreed on:
[ ] 2 weeks to start the Patina work and to be informed via WhatsApp
[ ] Express shipping
[ ] Tracking number to be provided
[ ] Shoe trees as gift

What I received (from the list) :
[x] Express shipping

What they offered:
[x] 5 weeks until start of Patina work, with delays and postponement, with me contacting and inquiring, with the date being always moved forward. They NEVER initiated communication by themselves, and plenty of times left messages as 'Seen' but no answer
[x] Tracking number was NOT provided- I just opened the door and the shoe box fell inside (no doorbell ringing) . 7 weeks from payment to delivery. I get 8 weeks on completly handmade and custom Patina shoes from Bonafe.
[x] Extra shoelaces, for one pair of shoes (I ordered 3 pairs) . It was a pleasant surprise, don't know if it's standard, or a mistake (as only one pair came with them) .
[x] Shoe trees as gift- after an additional 4 weeks from the shoes delivery date. They forgot them. They forgot to call me back to talk about it, also 2 weeks no answers to my inquiry for the promised tracking number. Afterwards got a phonecall with the promise that 'next Monday they will be Express shipped ro me' . After 1.5 more weeks I posted the initial (2 Star) review, and in 2 days I found them at my door (no Tracking Number, as pre- agreed again) .

Why 1 Star?

They flagged my previous review and got it removed. It was rather specifically described, and in detail, and they could easily identify me, unless such behaviour is normal (sad) .
As I said, you are pampered and genuinely feel you're taken care of, up until you swipe the card and pay, after radio silence, overpromising, and bad customer care.
There were some other bad reviews that got also deleted, to keep the (fake) pristine image.
Shoes look good though, however I didn't wear them yet to review their quality, but I have a huge reservation in ordering again.

I bumped it to 3 Stars, as the shoes look great, they admitted their failures with the reply, just the Customer service needs improvement.
