This is not a review about LB Supplies as the service was great.
This is a review about Oman Komfort Timber Loft Ladder and Hatch the ladder was a good price, arrived on time, the actual ladder was good quality, where it was disappointing and fell on its face was the hatch itself.
It could not have been any thinner, the builder had to put an inner frame to beef it up this should not have to be the case!

Had a problem with my order so had to phone them to get it sorted out.It was a mistake on my part.Spoke to a lady at the wales department who was extremely helpful and she sorted it all out for me.
