Julian Wadden in Didsbury is the most efficient and attentive estate agent we've ever dealt with. The procedure of reporting issues is clear and they always kept us posted the status. We always received replies from them promptly. They gave us great respect and comfort when dealing with urgent matters. Especially Rachael (senior relationship manager) is the star!

Terrible customer service will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman! Made an offer on a property, not once did they ring me, I had to ring them regarding progress to them be told I was to make a higher offer! Also found out after viewing property from another estate agent not JW that the house was still up for viewings! Will never ever use Julian Wadden again!

The advert was spot on first time and showed our house in the best light which resulted in a sale after only 3 weeks!
The service following our sale could not have been better. The Estate agent was exceptional - she went above and beyond for us!

Such an unprofessional company who honestly need to get their act together.

They are liars and highly unprofessional in our eyes for getting us into a difficult position with our landlord. Had nothing but problems with them since September due to their lack of administrative ability from the inception of our tenancy in March. This stemmed from incorrect information provided to us about the deposit required, our scheduled rental payment dates and the commencement date of our rent. This in turn caused our landlord to be under the assumption that we had underpaid hundreds of pounds, thus chasing us for said payment for over 2 months.

Since September we have had an ongoing issue with them that is yet to be resolved.

The problems we have had with Julian Wadden have caused undue stress and anxiety during the time of a global pandemic which in itself caused stress and anxiety.

If you care about your mental heath and wellbeing, I would definitely recommend using any other estate agent in Stockport. I have seen more professionalism from a circus than I have from Julian Wadden.

Honestly if there was an option for 0 stars I would give it. It's been 8 weeks since I moved out and the agents are withholding my deposit!

Booked a viewing for a property I very much looked forward to.. Got the day off work to be left stood outside the house In the rain to be told they apparently had no record of myself and my partner absolutely shocking and SO unprofessional To then be told they cancelled on us day before which is clearly a LIE. Shocking company needs shutting down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Very rude And very unprofessional Manger doesn’t care that he’s Employed aloud of liars and clearly thinks it’s acceptable to waste peoples time Getting days from work during a pandemic !!! Disgusting !!! I will be reporting this estate agent further as this isn’t the first time I believe they’ve wasted ALOT of peoples time and money

"Disrespectful staff - unpleasant experience"

Booked a viewing a week in advance, turned up on time to find out the agent had 2 other couples viewing the same property at the same time!

We offered to wait for the others to finish, as there were not enough space for 3 couples to assess the property simultaneously. The agent said she would have to "throw us out" soon as she had something else to do later, literally using that phrase.

Got a callback from Julie the day after for feedback. Worse still, Julie tried to put the blame of their poor conduct on the vendor without even apologising for once, I'm not sure how the vendor would feel if (s)he found out.

Utterly non-professional and lacks basic courtesy. Best avoid.
