Bought and sold with Julian Wadden in Didsbury. We managed to get a good number of offers for our property which was excellent. Unfortunately our buyer pulled out quite late in the day but Nicola managed to get a new buyer within a couple of days. The purchase of our new property went relatively smoothly as well. All in all, very pleased with Julian Wadden, in particular Nicola for her work over the past few months!
