"Very negative experience "
Very negative, horrendous and unprofessional service from Julian Wadden. This has caused a lot of stress, financial strain, worry and upset. I Rented a flat for just under 2 months through Julian Wadden which was supposed to be a new start for me. Where do I start! No front door key on move in day, agency didn’t know where the gas meter box was so I had no gas/hot water for a week so I couldn’t shower/cook!, broken fridge and mouldy fridge freezer (flat advertised with working white goods), leaking radiator and then I was verbally abused and threatened by another tenant who lived there and has done for a year+, no warning or duty of care by JW this meant I felt very unsafe and had to leave the property and end my tenancy, I was then told to pay £700 to get out of the tenancy!! I then had to borrow in excess of £3k to cover costs of moving again and removals because of the failings of JW and still to this day I’m now in debt, struggling and working 2 jobs to survive - all because of the failings of this company. I have never experienced such poor service and treatment! AVOID.

"Excepional Staff"
I've used the services of Julian Wadden for over 6 years. Most of that time has been to rent out a property but now the property is being sold and I didn't think twice about asking them to act on our behalf. Obviously there is a transition period and as usual the company have acted in their usual professional, helpful and friendly manner. For example I just been dealing with Hayden who helped with a number of issues when a colleague was unavailable. I have to commend Julian Wadden on their knowledgeable, friendly and polite staff.

I went to view a rental and took the kids along, explained it’s a great location for the kids etc.
I was told ‘ we will let you know in 24 hours the landlords response’
They told me the landlord was on holiday and would call when they’re back.
Left me a week and said don’t worry we will be in touch.
The truth is they had chosen an applicant and kept me hanging on for a week just in case their main applicants application fell through !
Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them at all based on their lack of customer service and transparency .

I have been a client of Julian Wadden since 2015. They have continued to provide excellent customer service and professionalism. I recently sold a property in East Didsbury under the leadership of Ben Foster, Branch Manager of the Didsbury team. My day to day dealings were with Nicola Viner who is one of the most proficient professionals I have met. Nicola's customer service and communication was always on point and never failed to keep me abreast of updates. Nicola has a very calm and professional approach and is keen to ensure that matters move swiftly and efficiently. We worked well together as we appreciated "a can do attitude". Poor communication
Had a first visit from Heaton Moor branch manager sometime June. Seemed very nice and helpful and I was happy with the initial consultation. I waited as I was keen to initially pursue with Julian Wadden.
Been waiting 3 months now and not got anywhere. Very little communication, no updates, I have sent emails chasing but not got much back.
Won`t be selling my house with Julian Wadden at all.

Amber was great, the whole process was delayed massively by a massive chain that we were involved in but she kept us in the loop the whole time and was solidly in our corner throughout.
