Julian Waddens look after my property portfolio. Excellent tenants found. Excellent service. Megan Copson is the person who deals with me on all matters. I can’t rate her highly enough. She never misses anything and deals with every issue swiftly and professionally . I have to say Megan and waddens score very very highly on a scale of performance. They keep me sane!

"We moved out of our rental 2 months…"

We moved out of our rental 2 months ago. Since then we have received very little communication regarding getting our deposit back. From the few emails we have received from Rae (I believe at the Heaton moor branch?) with each email received, the amount of work that supposedly needed to be done changes each time - and with this the amount of my deposit I am due to get back.

After our initial end of tenancy inspection we were told no cleaning is required, just work doing to the garden, oven clean, and a small touch up of paint in 1 bedroom. However, It has been 2 months and I am now looking at paying £700 out of my £1009 deposit for "cleaning".

Despite many emails, and many chases, I just can't get a response from Rae. I am now frustrated, as well as feeling robbed. We improved the property as much as we could and really took care of it so to be charged such an extortionate amount, and to even have to fight to get that small amount back is very disappointing. Since I am being charged for the work done I have asked to see invoices but of course, no luck here either. Currently I am proposing a meeting with Rae so I can get it all resolved but tbc on a response for that...

I would not recommend any rentals with this company due to such poor communication. I have found it is very hard work to get a response or confirmation for anything throughout our tenancy.

We are tenants in a property managed by Julian Wadden in Didsbury. Since Nazia has taken over as our property manager it has been a pleasure to deal with her. She is super responsive and friendly, and sorts out any issues quickly. Can't ask for anything more than that!

Our flat has always been managed by Julian Wadden, and we have generally had little engagement with the tenants. However, the state in which the last tenants left the property necessitated drastic measures.

I first had a chat with Nazia over the phone regarding my property. We then arranged to meet at the properly. I was very anxious and worried for her visit as it was an inspection requested. Nazia was extremely helpful and not only professional she had so much integrity and was honest with me from the very get go. I think Having empathy in a job really does matter and she has left me feeling reassured and satisfied with her work. She’s an asset to the company and deserves recognition for her kindness.
